NYS Compliance Disclaimer

At Action Tactical Solutions, we want to ensure that all firearm purchases comply with New York State regulations. If you're buying a NON-NYS Compliant weapon, please note that additional fees are necessary to make the firearm compliant. These fees cover the cost of parts and labor, which will be explained to you when you pick up your purchase. In some cases, our staff may advise you to purchase an NYS-Compliant part yourself and provide it to us for installation, ensuring your firearm meets all state requirements. No weapon will be allowed to leave the premises until it has been made NYS-Compliant.

High-capacity magazines that may be shipped with the weapon will be pinned to the state maximum or exchanged with compliant magazines. Shipping & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of receiving the product. We offer exchanges, store credit, or refunds (minus a 25% restocking fee) for unopened items returned in the original box. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the RMA issuance, in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Please note that the following products cannot be returned:

• Special orders or custom products
• "As is" or "used" items
• Firearms after transfer
• Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product is shipped safely. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. USPS tracking has a 30-day waiting period for traces. Firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped following all applicable laws and regulations.

All new gun and lower receiver sales are final but may be eligible for manufacturer warranties. Ammunition, optics, magazines, and accessories are also non-returnable but may be eligible for manufacturer warranties.

In case of a defect discovered after transfer, customers have the option to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement or request a return for refund within 30 days of receipt. Fees associated with returns will be charged to the original payment method.

Action Tactical Solutions reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and refuse future orders from customers who cancel orders via chargeback. Customers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to firearms, magazines, and ammunition.
